Terms of Service

Welcome to Fabimo. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Fabimo. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You may not impersonate another person or organization.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Community Conduct

Fabimo is intended to be a respectful platform focused on artwork and artist discovery, sharing, and creative communities.

Users may not:

  • Impersonate artists, creators, brands, or other users.
  • Falsely claim ownership of artwork or creative content.
  • Upload content intended to deceive users regarding authorship or rights ownership.
  • Upload abusive, hateful, threatening, exploitative, or unlawful material.
  • Spam, exploit, or intentionally disrupt the platform.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or platform data.
  • Use automated tools to abuse platform features.

Fabimo supports sharing and showcasing artworks created by other artists when proper attribution is provided and the original creator is clearly identified.

Users sharing artwork created by another artist are expected to:

  • Clearly identify the original artist.
  • Provide links or references to the original source.
  • Avoid modifying or presenting artwork in a misleading manner.
  • Respect artist requests regarding distribution or removal of their work.

Fabimo may remove content or restrict accounts if an artist requests removal, disputes authorization, or if content violates platform policies or applicable laws.

4. User Content

Users retain ownership of the content they create and upload. However, by posting content on Fabimo, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and present that content as required for operating the platform and community features.

Fabimo does not claim ownership of any artwork uploaded or shared by users. Fabimo will not use any user-generated content, including artworks created by third parties, for advertising or merchandising without explicit permission from the rights holder.

By uploading own content, users grant Fabimo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable commercial license to incorporate their artwork into collectible cards, including paid randomized card packs.

When a user uploads or shares artwork created by another artist, Fabimo may require verification of rights or direct permission from the original creator before such content can be included in paid randomized card packs. Until such permission is obtained, third-party artworks will not be eligible for inclusion in paid card packs. Fabimo reserves the right to request proof of authorization or remove content where ownership or usage rights cannot be confirmed.

5. Artwork Lifecycle & Card System

Fabimo operates a system where artworks may exist in different forms within the platform ecosystem. These include original uploads, shared artworks, and card-converted assets used in gameplay and collections.

Artwork on Fabimo may be:

  • Original uploads: Content created and uploaded by the original artist.
  • Shared artworks: Content uploaded by users to showcase or promote other artists, provided that the original creator is clearly identified, properly credited, and linked to the original source.
  • Card-converted artworks: Selected artworks that are transformed into collectible cards used within Fabimo’s game feature.

Once an artwork has been converted into a card and acquired or collected by users, that card may remain part of the platform’s game, ranking, and collection systems even if the original upload is later removed.

However, the original artist may request that their artwork is no longer actively promoted or discoverable in the platform’s public discovery feeds. Fabimo will respect such requests where reasonably possible while preserving existing user-owned cards and historical records.

Card representations are platform-generated assets based on artworks and do not transfer ownership of the original artwork.

6. Shared Artwork & Artist Attribution

One of Fabimo’s core features is allowing users to share and showcase artworks created by other artists. Fabimo is designed to promote artist visibility, attribution, and discovery while respecting creator ownership and rights.

When sharing artwork created by another artist, users are expected to:

  • Clearly credit the original artist.
  • Provide a link back to the original source or artist profile whenever possible.
  • Respect artist ownership and attribution.
  • Users may share artworks created by other artists for discovery and community purposes when the original creator is clearly identified and the source is properly linked.
  • Users must not impersonate artists or present artwork in a misleading way regarding authorship.

Fabimo may perform manual verification of artist permissions or approvals for certain shared artworks, including through direct communication with artists where appropriate.

Artists may request removal of shared content that they believe infringes their rights, lacks authorization, or violates platform policies. Fabimo reserves the right to remove or restrict content at its discretion in order to protect artists, users, and platform integrity.

Users are not required to obtain direct permission from the original artist before sharing artworks for discovery purposes. Permission verification may be performed for featured, high-visibility, or disputed artworks, or where ownership cannot be clearly confirmed.

7. Moderation & Enforcement

Fabimo reserves the right to remove content, limit visibility, suspend accounts, or restrict access when content or behavior violates these terms or harms the platform or community.

Moderation decisions are made at our discretion to maintain platform safety and integrity.

8. Intellectual Property

The Fabimo platform, branding, design, software, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer platform components without permission.

9. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee continuous availability, security, or preservation of content stored on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fabimo is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages, data loss, service interruptions, or user-generated content.

11. Platform Responsibility & Content Disclaimer

Fabimo provides tools for users to upload, share, and discover content created by third parties. While we implement moderation and verification processes, we do not guarantee that all user-submitted content has been properly licensed, authorized, or cleared by the original rights holders.

Fabimo relies on reporting systems, manual review, and permission verification processes to help enforce compliance with applicable rules and protect creators’ rights.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
